  1. How do I get access to the indicator?
    At checkout, enter your TradingView username. After your purchase, open the indicator page on TradingView and add it to your favorites. The link can be found on the respective product page as well as in your purchase confirmation. Access is usually granted within 24 hours.

  1. On how many devices can I use the indicator?
    The indicator can be used on all devices linked to your TradingView account. There are no restrictions.

  1. What happens if I change my TradingView username?
    Access is tied to your TradingView username. If you change it, your access will be revoked automatically. Simply send us an email with your new username and we’ll reactivate it for you.

  1. Does the indicator work on all markets and timeframes?
    Generally, yes. If an indicator is optimized for specific use cases, you’ll find that information in the respective product description.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  1. The indicator isn’t loading or shows outdated data – what can I do?
    Try reloading the chart or restarting TradingView completely. In rare cases, it helps to remove the indicator from the chart and add it again. This is typically a temporary caching issue on TradingView’s end, not a problem with the indicator itself.

  1. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel at any time – directly through your Gumroad Library under „Manage membership“. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  1. What happens when my subscription expires?
    After your subscription ends, the indicator remains active for a few more days – so switching to a bundle, for example, won’t affect any existing analyses, or active alerts.

  1. Are there bundles available?
    Yes, bundles are available! You can subscribe to multiple indicators together in a single checkout – one purchase, one overview, everything in one place. Please note that purchasing a bundle does not automatically cancel an existing single subscription. The cancellation must be done manually through your respective subscription management.

  1. What is the 7-Day Trial and what does it include?
    When available, the trial gives you full access to all indicators included in the respective trial offer for 7 days – completely free, no subscription required.

  1. How do I get trial access?
    Simply claim the trial on Gumroad for €0 and enter your TradingView username at checkout. Access is usually granted within 24 hours.

  1. What happens after the 7 days?
    Access is deactivated automatically. If you’d like to continue, you can subscribe to individual indicators or a bundle at any time.
  1. Can I use the trial more than once?
    The trial is available once per TradingView account.

  1. Wie erhalte ich Zugang zum Indikator?
    Beim Checkout gibst du deinen TradingView-Benutzernamen an. Nach dem Kauf fügst du den Indikator über die TradingView-Seite zu deinen Favoriten hinzu. Den Link findest du auf der jeweiligen Produktseite sowie in deiner Kaufbestätigung. Die Freischaltung erfolgt in der Regel innerhalb von 24 Stunden.   1. Auf wie vielen Geräten kann ich den Indikator nutzen?
    Der Indikator kann auf allen Geräten verwendet werden, die mit deinem TradingView-Account verknüpft sind. Es gibt keine Einschränkung.

  1. Was passiert, wenn ich meinen TradingView-Username ändere?
    Die Freischaltung ist an deinen TradingView-Username gebunden. Wenn du diesen änderst, erlischt der Zugang automatisch. Schreib uns in dem Fall einfach eine Mail mit deinem neuen Username, damit wir dich neu freischalten können.

  1. Funktioniert der Indikator auf allen Märkten und Timeframes?
    Grundsätzlich ja. Sollte ein Indikator für bestimmte Einsatzbereiche optimiert sein, erfährst du das in der jeweiligen Produktbeschreibung.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  1. Der Indikator lädt nicht oder zeigt veraltete Daten – was kann ich tun?
    Lade den Chart neu oder starte TradingView einmal komplett neu. In seltenen Fällen hilft es, den Indikator kurz aus dem Chart zu entfernen und erneut hinzuzufügen. In der Regel handelt es sich dabei um ein temporäres Caching-Problem seitens TradingView, keinen Fehler am Indikator selbst.

  1. Kann ich das Abo jederzeit kündigen?
    Ja, eine Kündigung ist jederzeit möglich – direkt über deine Gumroad-Bibliothek unter „Manage membership“. Der Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende des laufenden Abrechnungszeitraums bestehen.

  1. Was passiert, wenn mein Abo oder mein Testzugang ausläuft?
    Nach Ablauf des Abos bleibt der Indikator noch für wenige Tage freigeschaltet – damit ein Wechsel, z.B. in ein Bundle, keine Auswirkungen auf bestehende Analysen oder aktive Alarme hat. Ein Testzugang wird nach 7 Tagen automatisch deaktiviert.

  1. Gibt es Bundles?
    Ja, Bundles sind verfügbar! Du kannst mehrere Indikatoren zusammen in einem einzigen Checkout abonnieren – ein Kauf, ein Überblick, alles an einem Ort. Das Abonnieren eines Bundles beendet ein bestehendes Einzel-Abonnement jedoch nicht automatisch. Die Kündigung des Einzel-Abonnements muss eigenständig über das jeweilige Abo-Management erfolgen.

    Wenn verfügbar, gibt dir der Testzugang vollen Zugang zu allen im jeweiligen Angebot enthaltenen Indikatoren für 7 Tage – komplett kostenlos, ohne Abo-Verpflichtung.
